Maria Cendejas

Hispanic REALTOR® Maria Cendejas is a 10-year industry professional with a passion for people and the gift of empathy.  

Cendejas was born in Fortuna, California, but spent much of her childhood in Michoacan, Mexico. Fluent in Spanish and English, with a B.S. in Business Administration and M.A. in Ministry, she has a servant mentality. “Helping others in any capacity is what gives me the greatest fulfillment – serving the Hispanic community has always been my goal. In real estate I have an opportunity to bring needed resources to a market that is often underrepresented.”

Also licensed in California, Cendejas developed a fast affinity for the Cape Fear region during frequent visits with her son, a Marine at Camp LeJeune. Finding the area beautiful and the culture engaging, she, along with her husband and other two children, relocated to Wilmington.
